Medifast weight loss meal plans give you freedom from counting calories, carbs, or points. The diet plan is simple: eat five Medifast Meals, one every two to three hours, and one Lean & Green™ Meal with lean protein and non-starchy vegetables.
You can enjoy your Lean & Green Meal at home or in a restaurant, at dinnertime or any other time that works with your schedule. You continue on this plan until you reach your weight-loss goal.
Once you reach your weight loss goal and the celebration subsides, it’s time to start learning how to keep the weight off.
After gradually reintroducing all vegetables, fruit, low-fat dairy, and healthy whole grain items, you will learn portion control, behavior modification, and practical tips to eat healthy for life.
During your maintenance phase we will focus on helping you better understand the causes of your past weight issues and how to change your relationship with food so that you can maintain your weight loss and enjoy a better quality of life.
Your Weight Control Counselor will continue to guide and support you every step of the way through our fully supported transition and maintenance plans.
